Describe a typical day in the life of a Customer Relationship Manager.
Customer Relationship Managers are pretty rad. Our typical day consists of working internally to execute customer requests, support our account executives, problem solve, and make our customers happy. We also proactively think of improvements that we can implement in our current support system. We get things done! Some might consider us to be super-heroes . . . but we consider ourselves to be angels.
What do you like most about your job?
The company culture is pretty awesome! We are open to different cultures, ideas, and characters and we embrace new ways of thinking. Being able to be open and to have a voice at work is pretty cool.
What is your favorite thing you have accomplished at Impinj?
My favorite thing that I have accomplished at Impinj is REPORTING! I’m weird, I know. I took on an extra role to focus on tracking the progress and financials for our sales department. This has been a rewarding and challenging project that I really enjoy doing!
Why might another sales professional want to start a career at Impinj?
Growth and opportunities. I’ve been at Impinj for a few years now but I started right out of college as an intern. Impinj has invested in extra education for me and has allowed me to follow my interests and build my career to get to the point of where I am. There are also so many opportunities to get involved in projects that I find interesting and want to be a part of!
